Exterminators plan to register on the CSE

Sri Lanka’s 23-year-old environmental improvement solutions provider intends to list on the Colombo Stock Exchange, subject to obtaining relevant regulatory approvals in the near future.
Exterminators is Asia’s premier carbon neutral pest control service provider and considered the world’s leading carbon neutral disinfection service provider, winner of 57 national / international awards for business, brand, industrial excellence , entrepreneurship, environmental leadership, corporate social responsibility and the ‘Eight -Time Champion SME Brand in Sri Lanka.
The company plans to offer a 20% stake to the general public through the IPO. The funds will mainly be used to expand its branch network, invest in new application equipment, new technologies and energy efficient and environmentally friendly non-chemical brands.
The person responsible for issuing the IPO will be Atarah Capital Partners, a company with a team of experienced capital market professionals with experience of successfully listing 2 companies on the Colombo Stock Exchange in 2021. They are in the process of completing the third registration before December 31st.
The company’s revenue increased by 17% for fiscal year 20-21 and the PAT by 133%, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Revenue is expected to increase by 12% and PAT by 85% in fiscal year 21-22.
In 2014, the company launched the Pest Mac mobile app, becoming the first pest control company to develop and launch a mobile app in South Asia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company won seven national and international awards. Exterminators are Sri Lanka’s first ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and COVID-19 SLS certified pest control company.
